Shab-e-Meraj to be observed tonight across Kashmir

SRINAGAR — The sacred occasion of Shab-e-Meraj, marking the miraculous night of ascension, will be observed with reverence across the Kashmir valley tonight.

Devotees are preparing to gather at mosques and shrines to offer prayers and seek blessings on this significant night.

Preparations were in full swing, with people focused on observing this spiritual event with piety.

The Dargah Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar, a prominent religious site that houses a revered relic of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is expected to witness a large gathering of devotees.

Meanwhile, the administration has issued a traffic advisory and implemented elaborate measures to ensure the smooth movement of devotees heading toward sacred places.
