Intex brings Aqua Amaze with octa core processor for Rs 10,690

NEW DELHI — Intex has launched its second octa-core CPU-based smartphone. The handset, Intex Aqua Amaze, is listed on the company’s website for Rs 10,690. This is Intex’s second octa-core CPU-based phone after the Intex Aqua Octa which is now selling for around Rs 15,000.

Intex Aqua Amaze comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system which runs on a 1.4 GHz octa-core processor (Mediatek’s MT6592M) and 1 GB RAM. The handset has a 5-inch HD IPS display and is 7.6 mm thick. The Amaze has a 13-megapixel rear auto-focus camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. There is an LED flash in the back panel too.

This dual SIM handset has 3G connectivity and offers a 2000 mAh battery that claims to offer 7-8 hours of talk time.

It comes with 8 GB internal storage of which 5.02 GB is available for users. There is a 32 GB micro SD card slot in the phone too. Besides, the Intex Aqua Amaze has WiFi, Bluetooth, a micro USB port, and GPS.

The Intex Aqua Amaze is available in light blue and black colours.
