61st National School Games | Govt constitutes panels to manage mega sports event

Srinagar: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (YSS) is organizing under-19 football tournament under the aegis of 61st National School Games from 8 to 12 October 2015 at Srinagar. The tournament is being organized by School Games Federation of India and Youth Services and Sports Department J&K. For the smooth conduct of this national level event, the Department of Youth Services and Sports have constituted various committees.
Minister for Youth Services & Sports, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari will be the Patron in Chief of the Organizing Committee, while as Chief Secretary, Iqbal Khandey will be the Patron, Commissioner/Secretary, IT & YSS, Hirdesh Kumar will be the Chairman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports, Jehangir Mir is Organizing Secretary and Madan Lal and Haji Mirza Hussain, Joint Director & Deputy Director, Youth Services & Sports have been nominated as members of the Organizing committee.
