The Jammu and Kashmir would likely experience a fresh wet spell as the weatherman here has forecasted light to moderate snowfall from February 17 to 20.
Following a two-day wet spell, the meteorological department in Jammu and Kashmir announced on Monday a forecast of dry weather prevailing until February 14.
The Meteorological Department issued a forecast on Wednesday indicating the likelihood of light to moderate rain and snow in Jammu and Kashmir.
