Srinagar: A video has gone viral on social networking sites in which a tourist is seen asking Kashmiri kids to explain Aazadi (Freedom).

A tourist from Gurgaon, Haryana, Raaj Gill, is seen talking to a few Kashmiri kids about the freedom sentiment in Kashmir.

On being asked to explain Aazadi, the children, who claim to study in 4th Grade, call Hizbul Mujahideen as their ‘fouj’ (Army) against Indian Army.

The shocking conversational video, in which 10 year old children are looking forward to armed struggle as a means to fight what they call ‘Indian oppression’ in Kashmir, has been shot in Pahalgam, a tourist destination in the Kashmir valley.

“Good job Gill sahab par in masoom bachoon ko samjhana padega ki woh azad desh mai rehte hai, unko puri azadi hai phir woh kis cheez ki azadi chahte hain. Unhe batana padega ki Pakistan sirf unka faiyda uthata rehta hai, Vishwas Sharma,” a Facebook user commented on the video.

“Bhai sahab, bach kar rehna. In logo ne to bacchon me bhi zaher bhar rakha hai Hindustan ke naam ka”, Devender Sheoran, another user comments.

In response to these comments, Kashmiri netizens shared this video on their social profiles with messages suggesting that this video is the truth about ground realities in Kashmir.

“The truth about Kashmir that Indian media keeps distorting on a daily basis,” a caption reads on the very video shared by a Kashmiri netizen.

The video has been widely shared on social networking websites with more than 6K Shares on Raaj Gill’s profile only.

“During the trip, there was also a look at the positivity, where young men and elderly were saying that it (extremism) is not the future,” the tourist writes on Facebook.
