SRINAGAR — The authorities snapped mobile internet services across Kashmir to prevent law and order situation in the wake of an encounter at Awantipora where a top militant commander is trapped.

Reyaz Naikoo is believed to be trapped along with two aides. Official sources said that the internet service has been snapped across the Valley “as a precautionary measure.”
