Boy killed, four others injured in mysterious blast in Shopian

Srinagar: A minor boy was killed while as four others sustained splinter injuries in a mysterious blast at Memander area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Wednesday.

Reports reaching GNS said that a group minors where fiddling with an object which exploded resulting in injuries to five.

All the five immediately taken to district hospital Shopian where one boy succumbed to injuries.

SSP Shopian, Sandeep Chaudhary told GNS that he have deputed SHO to the site where this has happened to verify the cause of the blast. (GNS)
