COVID-19: Budgam man tests positive, tally rises to 46 in J&K

SRINAGAR — One more person has tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Kashmir. The patient is a resident of Soibugh, Budgam and has a travel history of Odisha. He had also taken part in a religious gathering at Bemina.

Dr. G H Yatoo, Nodal officer at SKIMS, Soura, confirmed the report.

This case had taken the tally in Jammu and Kashmir to forty-six; two among them have died.

Earlier in the day, eight more cases had tested positive — four from Jammu division and four from Kashmir.
