PULWAMA — Days after Pulwama was declared COVID-19 free, the south Kashmir district on Tuesday reported a fresh novel coronavirus case.

BMO Rajpora, Dr Javid said that an 18-year-old youth with a history of travel to New Delhi tested positive for the pestilence. He had been moved to quarantine on April 14 soon after his arrival, the BMO said.

The BMO was leading a team to visit the residence of the youth at Rahmoo Pulwama to isolate his family members and those in the neighborhood he might have come in contact with after his arrival.
