
BUDGAM — Two persons slipped to death in Khag forest area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.
Police sources said that two persons had gone to Gogaldara forest area of Khag to collect eatable herbs. They both slipped from a ridge and fell down into a gorge.
The bodies have been recovered after police launched an operation.
Police sources identified the deceased as Mushtaq Ahmed Wani son of Ghulam Hasan and Abdul Rashid Shah son of Ghulam Ahmed, both residents of Nagabal, Khag.
A case, in this regard, has also been registered at police station Khag.
