SOPORE — An engineering student died in a road accident in north Kashmir’s Sopore village of Baramulla district on Saturday.
A police official said that a motorcycle bearing registration number TN-228E-8481 met with an accident at Choora area of Sopore this evening, resulting in serious injuries to one person.

However, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
He identified the deceased as Iqbal Qasim Beigh (37), son of Abdul Ahad of Dooru Sopore. A case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been taken up.
