The court, as per the news agency KNT, observed that consequent to numerous opportunities granted to the State, and their failure to file a response to the habeas corpus petition, the matter has been listed for final hearing on December 6 next month and the State is granted a final two-week period to file the same, failing which their right shall stand closed.
