SRINAGAR — Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers (KTMF) president Yasin Khan has received a summon from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) asking him to be present at the Delhi headquarters for questioning in a funding case.
He has been asked to appear before NIA on April 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM and the summon has been issued by SP headquarters, NIA Delhi. This has a reference of Case No. RC- 10/2017/NIA/DLI.
“It appears you are acquainted with the circumstances of the case which is under investigation by the NIA Delhi. You are hereby required to report at NIA, Ministry of Home Affairs, opposite CGO Complex, Lodhi Road Delhi on 18-04-2019 at 10.30 for the purpose of your examination relating to the case,” reads the NIA notice.
