“People have come to realize the ill-effects of militancy and there is a decline now,” he said.
Army Commander DP Pandey said that it is the people which have to decide while the Army is there for providing security.
“Earlier militancy was at zenith in north Kashmir and then we saw how it started in south Kashmir. But this year in Pulwama, militancy will decline,” he said.
