SRINAGAR — Suspected militants on Friday evening lobbed a grenade towards police post Keegam in Shopian district.
An official said that the grenade was thrown towards the post which, however, exploded outside.
“The grenade exploded near a house after which the house caught fire,” he said.
The official however said that there were no injuries to any and the fire was also doused off.
