Mishap leaves one dead, two injured in Uri

URI — One person was killed and two others were injured including a girl in a road accident in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.

According to reports, a four-wheeler had a mishap at Prinpilla in Uri today leading to casualty and injuries.

The deceased has been identified as Anayat Awan, while injured has been identified as Ashar Awan son of Anayat Awan and Muskaan Bano daughter of Anayat Awan both residents of Uri Baramulla.

An official said that the injured were shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment.

Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of this road mishap.
