Srinagar: A youth who was missing from January 23 has been arrested from Pulwama area of south Kashmir on Friday afternoon.
Official sources said that the youth Azad Ahmad Dar son of Masood Dar from Dalwan area of Charar-i-Shareef, Budgam was arrested near Fruit Mandi Pulwama. However, there was no confirmation by police with regard to it.
Azad went missing, a day after a gunfight took place in the Hapatnar area of the central Kashmir district in which three Al-Badr militants were killed.
His family had also submitted a missing report with the local police.
Pertinently, Adil Ahmad Ganie (24) son of Gulzar Ahmad Ganie of Hardu Dalwan has also gone missing from January 25, last month. (GNS)
