NIA seizes Asiya Andrabi's property in Srinagar

SRINAGAR — In a significant development, National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached the incarcerated Dukhtaran-e-Millat chief Asiya Andrabi’s house in Soura area of Srinagar under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

According to reports, the agency got proper approval from the Director General of Police J&K, Dilbagh Singh to seize the Soura house of DeM chief.

In the attachment order, pasted at the entrance of the house located at 90 ft in Soura, the NIA directed all the concerned not to transfer, sell or otherwise deal with the said property in any manner, whatsoever, except with prior permission.

The order stresses that all concerned should refrain from transfer and the sale of the said property.
