Srinagar: To strengthen the Police Public relations and to bring people nearer to the police for better output in prevention, detection of crime and solving the problems of general public, today Pulwama police organized a conference of Numberdars and Chowkidars at District Police Lines Pulwama chaired by SP Pulwama and attended by ASP Pulwama, DYSP HQRS, DYSP DAR, DYSP OPS Pulwama and all SHOs / DO’s of District.
The Numberdars and Chowkidars attended in big number and appreciated this unique initiative taken by Pulwama Police and assured all help and assistance to police in tackling the crime in their respective areas.
They also put forth various public issues and problems faced by the general public. The grievances of all the participants were heard patiently and they were assured that their genuine demands will be communicated to the concerned senior officers for redressal.
