SRINAGAR — As many as 20 people were injured after a passenger vehicle met an accident near Shoul area of Batengoo in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An eyewitness said that a Mini Bus, bearing registration number JK03 5707, was travelling from Anantnag-Shamsipora when it skidded off the main road, resulting into injuries to many people.
“The locals rushed to the spot and helped the injured passengers and took them to the nearby hospital,” an eyewitness said.
A Police official when contacted said that a Police party has been rushed to the spot to ascertain the details of the incident.
