ITBP Recruitment 2016 for Head Constable Posts

NEW DELHI — Indo–Tibetian Border Police Force (ITBP) has issued a job advertisement notification to recruit Head Constables. Under this ITBP Recruitment 2016, all the posts are going to be filled up on regular basis.

Eligible aspirants can apply through an offline procedure. As per the requirement of ITBP, the total number of posts is 44.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for Head Constable posts will get Pay Scale of PB-1 i.e. Rs. 5200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- per month plus Dearness Allowances, Ration money etc.

Educational Eligibility: Qualification of Bachelor of Teaching or Bachelor of Education or equivalent or degree with Psychology as main subject from a recognized University or Institute can apply.

Age: Candidates should not be born later than 22nd April, 1996 and not before 22nd April, 1991 i.e. age limit should be in between 20 years to 25 years. Cut-off date for reckoning age limit is 22nd April, 2016.

Application Fee: The application fee is nil for candidates belonging to SC/ST, Female and Ex-Serviceman candidates. All other candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 50/- through IPO in the favour of “The Inspector General, North Eastern Frontier Hqr, ITBP” payable at Shillong (Meghalaya).

Selection Process: The department will conduct Physical Standard Test, Medical Standard Test and Written Test for shortlisted candidates. Candidates should have minimum height and weight as per the prescribed requirements.

3) Fill out the form carefully and paste a recent passport-size photograph on the application form.
