- Mr Siraj Ahmad and Mushtaq Ahmad (Orderlies) will issue the Admission Forms at Window No. 1
- Mushtaq Ahmad Khanday (Workshop Attendant) is directed to receive the Admission Forms after proper checkup at Window No. 2 for handing over to Nigeen Akhter (COPA Instructor) on a daily basis.
- Nigeen Akhter (COPA Instructor) is directed to prepare the Category-Wise list on a daily basis to avoid the rush.
