JKBOSE Schedule for Class 12th (Bi-Annual, 2018) Permission-cum-Admission Forms

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education has announced the JKBOSE Schedule for Class 12th (Bi-Annual, 2018) Permission-cum-Admission Forms.

“It is hereby notified for information of all concerned candidates and all other stakeholders that the schedule for submission of Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects duly filled in on the prescribed formats of the following category of eligible candidates of the affiliated academic institutions of Kashmir Division excluding Kargil, Keran, Tangdar, Machil and Gurez for the Higher Secondary School Examination Part-II (Class 12th) Session: Bi-Annual, 2018, is given as under:

1. Category-I: The Re-appear / Failure candidates of Higher Secondary School Examination Part-II (Class 12th) Session Annual Regular 2017 of Kashmir Division. The Schedule for Deposition of Forms and Description of Fee is as follows:

Note: In case the last date/s for submission of fee / forms is declared as a holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the last date.

The candidate shall submit their Admission-cum-Permission form provisionally by reference to the result available on the JKBOSE Website. However, they shall submit the original Marks Card / eligibility certificate immediately after receipt from the Board.

2. Category II: The candidates who failed to deposit their Admission-cum-Permission forms for appearing in the HSE Part-II (Class 12th) Bi-Annual Examination – 2018, against the previous notification issued vide No. F-Gen (HSE-II/Bi-Ann/Pvt/17/KD; Dated: 23-11-2017 followed by extension No. F-Gen (HSE/SSE/Bi-Annual/Pvt/Ext/17/10; Dated: 18-12-2017. The Schedule for Deposition of Forms and Description of Fee is as follows:

Last Date with lump sum fee of Rs. 1725/- per candidate is 22-01-2018 without preparation days.

Last Date with lump sum fee of Rs. 1895/- for the candidate opting six Subjects (5+1) is 22-01-2018 without preparation days.

Instructions and Guidelines for the Processing and Submission of the Permission-cum-Admission Forms / Fee and related Statement of Enrollments:

a. The candidate shall fill in the particulars and affix two latest digital coloured photograph on their respective Permission-cum-Admission Forms & submit the same in the concerned institution.

b. The Heads of the Institutions are instructed to submit the Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects & duly filled in the prescribed formats along with forwarding letters in triplicate in the respective BOSE offices through their authorized representatives / Admission In-charge only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates (enrolled & appearing) subject wise and description of fee deposited in the Bank.

c. The Heads of the Institutions concerned shall also ensure that:
i. Particulars of only five candidates are filled on each side of the enrollment page.
ii. Affix the latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his / her particulars on the enrollment form duly signed and stamped as well as sent-up list which remains with the institutions for record and reference.
iii. Cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on enrollment form to avoid chance of misuse and impersonation.
iv. The fee, as prescribed above, shall be deposited by the Heads of the affiliated Academic Institutions for the concerned candidates in the shape of “Bank Slip” to be obtained from the concerned JKBOSE Office, pledged to the Chairman, the J&K State Board of School Education and deposited in the designated Branches of Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
