Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education has announced that the Board will regularize provisional admission of eligible students for Class 12th.
“In view of the re-structuring scheme of examination notified vide Government Order No. 119-Edu of 2017; Dated: 15-03-2017 and also consequent upon the recommendations of a Committee in its meeting held on 30-05-2018, it is hereby notified for the information of all stake holders that the provisional admission of Higher Secondary Part-ll (Class 12th) of all such candidates who have passed their backlog subjects of Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) and have already passed the HSP-I (Class 11th) Examination, be regularized for the current Academic Session 2018-19 of Summer Zone areas of Jammu Division,” reads the official notification.
The notification further reads, “All the Heads of Government / Private affiliated Higher Secondary Institutions falling under Summer Zone areas of Jammu Division are hereby informed that they shall proceed accordingly as per Academic Calendar vide No. F(Gen-Adm) Reg/SZ/XII/JD/18-19; Dated: 17-05-2018 issued by the Joint Secretary, General, JD, and to submit the Registration Renewal of aforesaid candidates up to 10th of September, 2018 with normal prescribed fee of Rs. 160/- per candidate.”
If any candidate/s of aforesaid category is desirous to change his/her subject/stream shall also be allowed to do so as per Notification No. F(Gen-Exams-Pvt)SZ/XI/JD/18; Dated: 08 August, 2018, already issued by the General Section, JD, reveals the notification.
