JKSSB makes few clarifications regarding Admit Cards

SRINAGAR — Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a few clarifications regarding Admit Cards being downloaded by various job applicant candidates.

One of the notifications is titled as “Clubbing/Tagging of Multiple Admit Cards to Computer Based Written Test (CBT) w.e.f 09th to 13th of May, 2019.”

“The J&K Services Selection Board is going to conduct Computer Based Written Test (CBT) for various categories of posts State, Divisional and District Cadres w.e.f 9th to 13th of May, 2019,” reads the notification.

It further says, “The candidates who are going to appear in the said examination and having more than one Admit Card for similar posts, may appear against any Roll No. and may submit CLUBBING requests in the offices of Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Paloura, Near B.S.F School Jammu / J&K SSB, Parraypora, Srinagar by or before 16th of May, 2019 along with evidence in support of his/her claim.”

No claim or representation shall be entertained after 16th of May, 2019.

Another notification titled as “Issue related Admit Cards – Difficulty/problem in downloading of Admit Cards for various posts for which CBT examination has been scheduled w.e.f. 9th to 13th May, 2019” reads as follows:

“It has come to the notice of the Board that many candidates who have applied for various posts for which (Computer Based Test) examination has been scheduled w.e.f. 9th May to 13th May, 2019 have not downloaded their Admit Cards till date.”

All such candidates are hereby advised to download their Admit Cards immediately from the link at the official website (www.jkssb.nic.in).

JKSSB cancels 71 selections

The candidates who have applied for the post of Executive Officer (Housing & Urban Development Department) are advised to download their Admit Card by putting their DOB and Email ID as per the list provided below.

Any Candidate who does not find his Admit Card or faces any other problem/difficulty regarding downloading shall approach or contact J&K Services Selection Board, Zum Zum Building Rambagh, Srinagar (0194-2430477; 0194-2441354) or Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu, failing which no grievance shall be entertained at any other stage subsequently.

Meanwhile, a notice to the candidates regarding re-downloading of their Admit Cards has also been issued by the Board on its website. Candidates are advised to visit the official website for accessing the notification.
