JKBOSE asks for Registration Returns of Class 9th for 2018-19

SRINAGAR — Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification regarding submission of online Registration Returns (RR) of Class 9th for the current Academic Session 2018-19 for the Districts of Baramulla, Budgam, Kupwara, Bandipora, Ganderbal and Kargil.

“It is hereby notified for information of all the Government/Private affiliated High and Higher Secondary Academic institutions of the districts of Baramulla, Budgam, Kupwara, Bandipora, Ganderbal and Kargil that they shall submit the Registration Returns of their on-roll eligible students of Class 9th through online mode through the BOSE website www.jkbose.ac.in for the current Academic session i.e, 2018-19,” reads the official notification.

The District-Wise Schedule for JKBOSE Registration Returns of Class 9th for Session 2018-19 is provided below:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

A. Registration Return notice for remaining four districts of Kashmir Division will be issued separately in due course of time.

B. The training for online submission of RR forms to the representatives of the concerned Institutions shall be imparted at BOSE campus Bemina Srinagar as per the schedule to be intimated by the respective sub/branch offices.

C. The link shall be opened for only those schools (Government/Private) as are affiliated with the BOSE and also subject to the condition the facility for current Academic session 2018-19 is released by the General-Section-KD.

D. For any query, the Heads of the Institution are informed to consult the respective Sub/Branch office of the BOSE-KD.

E. No change shall be entertained after issuance of Registration Number.

F. The Incharge Computer Cell-KD is requested to ensure the opening of link on the scheduled date/s.

GUIDELINES:

01. The on-roll students of Class 9th of the current academic session who shall attain the age of fourteen (14) plus the first day of November-2020 shall be eligible for Registration.

02. All the required particulars of the candidates viz Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name and Date of Birth should be strictly in accordance to the entries recorded in the Admission records of each student.

03. The Heads of the Private Academic institutions shall have to furnish an undertaking to the effect that the particulars furnished for Registration of Class 9th of their on-roll students is genuine and nothing has been concealed or put in fabricated manner, besides the particulars of no other candidate belonging to any other un-affiliated institution has been submitted by proxy, the school shall bear the consequences and shall be liable for de-affiliation in case of any such report, at any stage of time.

The affidavit/undertaking is required to be furnished at the time of submission of online RR generated forms through online mode.
