Srinagar: ITI Pattan (Technical Education Department) has issued the Selection List for the Session 2017-18.
The Selection List of candidates for different training courses at the Institute is available in their office (Industrial Training Institute Pattan) as well as on our news portal.
The Provisional Selection List of the candidates for admission in various trades including Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), Stenographers & Secretarial Assistant, Sewing Technology, Plumber, Welder, Shawl Weaving & Embroidery, Carpet Weaving & Technology for the Session 2017-18 has been duly approved by the Selection Committee and higher authorities.
The selection list is based on the Marks obtained by the candidates in the minimum qualifying examination. It has been prepared strictly in order of merit and various reservation guidelines of the Department of Technical Education.
The selected candidates are advised to complete all the admission formalities within a period of seven office working days from the date this notification is published.
Apart from depositing the prescribed admission fees, the selected candidates will have to submit the following documents in original at the time of admission.
1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Marks Card of qualifying examination.
3. Discharge Certificate from the Institution last attended.
4. State Subject Certificate.
5. Category Certificate, if any.
6. Affidavit as per prescribed format.
7. Aadhar Card (Mandatory for NVCT Trades).
The candidates are accordingly informed to appear for counselling as per the given schedules.
The selected candidates will undergo training in different courses during the session 2017-18.
The Last Date for submission of documents by the selected candidates is 28 August, 2017. It is, therefore, advised to complete the admission formalities as soon as possible. After the last date, selection of candidates in Waiting List shall be considered.
