Police has registered a case against a Sopore girl for allegedly threatening to commit suicide and her father has also been booked for “concealing” her whereabouts.

Sopore police claimed to have traced the national level athlete Nighat Bashir who had earlier threatened to commit suicide if her grievances aren't addressed by the local administration.
