Srinagar: A video showing Kashmiri youth helping Army men, injured in a road accident in Pahroo area of Chadoora, has gone viral on social networking websites with netizens hailing it as an example of Kashmiriyat.

In the video, a group of locals could be seen taking care of the injured soldiers after their vehicle tilted in Check-e-Pahroo village of Chadoora in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district early Sunday morning.

Several soldiers guarding Check-e-Pahroo railway station popularly known as Pampore railway station had sustained minor injuries as the vehicle they were travelling in tilted while giving passage to another vehicle coming from the opposite direction, an eyewitness said as reported by Greater Kashmir.

He said that the locals immediately rushed to the spot and helped the soldiers with water and first-aid.

The video of the incident was shared on various social networking websites with the caption, ‘the real face of human hearted Kashmiris.’
