JKBOSE Recruitment 2019 for 84 Junior Assistant Posts

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education has announced the JKBOSE Recruitment 2019 for 84 Junior Assistant Posts.

The job recruitment by JKBOSE shall be conducted through SRO-202 of 2015; Dated: 30th June, 2015. Also, the application process will be through online mode only and registration shall remain open for a period of 15 days.

Applicants who are graduates with 50% marks and aged between 18 to 40 years can apply for these jobs in J&K State Board of School Education. The salary for these permanent posts is Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100.

Therefore, the Board invites online applications from the permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir for this job recruitment for Junior Assistant posts.

The Category-wise Break-up of JKBOSE Recruitment 2019 for 84 Junior Assistant Posts is as follows:

Pay-Scale: Appointees will get a salary as per the upgraded Pay-Scale of Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants willing to apply for these Junior Assistant posts in J&K State Board of School Education, must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions:

(1) Domicile: Applicant should be a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.

(2) Age-Limit: Applicant should have attained the minimum age of 18 years and maximum age should not exceed 40 years. However, there is relaxation in upper age limit as per the criteria given below:

For SC / ST / ALC / RBA / OSC: 43 Years
For Physically Challenged: 42 Years
For Ex-Servicemen: 48 Years

(3) Education Qualification: Applicant must have graduated in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for Reserved category) along with a minimum Typing Speed of 30 Words Per Minute on computer keyboard.

Selection Process: The selection process for JKBOSE Recruitment 2019 for 84 Junior Assistant Posts comprises of Written Test, Type Test and Qualification Marks.

(i) Written Test: 50 Marks
(ii) Type Test: 30 Marks
(iii) Qualification (Graduation): 20 Marks (on pro-rata basis)

⇒ Written Test: All those candidates who apply will have to appear in the Written Test where they have to score a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the next stage i.e, Type Test.

⇒ Typing Test: For qualifying the Type Test, candidates have to register a minimum typing speed of 30 words/minute for which they will be given 10 marks, and for more speed candidates will be given marks on pro-rata basis depending upon their speed.

⇒ Qualification Marks: Marks obtained in Graduation will be taken into consideration and applicants will given marks out of a total of 20 marks on the basis of their percentage.
