SENTEF Pulwama thanks SED for conducting long-pending DPC

PULWAMA — The School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum (SENTEF) Pulwama has expressed deep gratitude to the School Education Department for conducting the long-pending Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting, which resulted in the promotion and confirmation of 27 non-teaching employees.

According to a press release issued by the Forum, the DPC led to the promotion of five employees as Librarians, three as Junior Librarians, five as Laboratory Assistants, and 10 as Teachers.

Additionally, four Junior Assistants received confirmation orders. SENTEF said the promotions would significantly boost the morale of non-teaching staff and inspire greater dedication and service across the department.

The Forum extended special thanks to Mr Ghulam Nabi Itoo (KAS), Director School Education Kashmir, for his leadership, and Ms Syed Mubashira Hussain (KAS), Chief Accounts Officer at DSEK, for her tireless and empathetic efforts.

Others acknowledged included Mr Thanaji Bhat, Under Secretary SED; Mr Shabir Ahmad Khan, CEO Pulwama; Mr Manzoor Ahmad Khan, Ex-DEPO Pulwama; Mr Khair-ul-Faisal, Assistant Accounts Officer DSEK; Mr Bashir Ahmad Mir, Senior Assistant CEO Pulwama; and Mr Firdous Ahmad Sheikh, Junior Assistant CEO Pulwama.

SENTEF members also thanked Mir Basharat Saleem, Chairman SENTEF J&K, and Mohammad Ashraf Khan, Provincial President SENTEF, for their support.

District President of SENTEF Pulwama, Meeras Murtaza Fayaz, stated, “I express my heartfelt thanks to all the officers, especially Ghulam Nabi Itoo sahab, Syed Mubashira Hussain Madam, and Shabir Ahmad Khan sahab, for their outstanding roles in this achievement. SENTEF Pulwama will continue to work tirelessly for the welfare of all employees.”

General Secretary Anayat Ullah Najar noted that the decision has renewed hope among non-teaching employees, while Vice President Lateef Ahmad Dar said the DPC reflects the recognition of hard work.
