While talking to news agency Kashmir News Trust, Defence lawyer Advocate Umair Ronga said despite court directions, police didn’t file any report.

The court had earlier directed the police to submit a report and site grounds about the detention of Fahad Shah.

“It’s complete wilful disobedience to court orders. Despite directions, no report was filed even after seven days. We are moving to the special court designated under the NIA Act to uphold the majesty of the law. Arbitrary actions by police is an impediment of justice to innocent people,” Advocate Umair Ronga said.
