SRINAGAR — The Office of the Principal at S.P. Higher Secondary Institute, located on M.A. Road in Srinagar, has issued an urgent notification for Class 12 (Regular Session 2014) students regarding discrepancies in their examination records and missed practical assessments.
According to the official notice, the Board of School Education (BOSE) has raised objections concerning the examination records of several students scheduled to appear in the forthcoming regular examinations.
The school administration has published a specific list of roll numbers and directed these students to report to the Admission and Examination section to resolve these issues.
Key details for affected students to clear BOSE objections:
- Timeframe: Within one week from the publication of the notice.
- Reporting Hours: Between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Consequence of Inaction: The school explicitly warned that students who fail to report within the stipulated time will be held personally responsible for any resulting discrepancies in their examination outcomes or final results.
In addition to the BOSE record objections, the administration issued a separate, immediate directive for any Class 12 regular student (2014 session) who missed an internal assessment or practical examination in any subject.

These students are required to report to the In-Charge (I/C) of Examinations with “immediate effect.” The school has emphasized that this matter must be treated as “most urgent,” and any subsequent consequences of failing to report will fall directly on the students.
Students seeking further clarification or those whose roll numbers are listed in the public notification are advised to visit the school premises during the designated hours or contact the institution at its official email address: sphighersecondary_school@yahoo.com.
