SKIMS issues Provisional Shortlist for Junior Assistant posts

SRINAGAR — Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura has issued the SKIMS issues Provisional Shortlist for Junior Assistant posts.

The Provisional Shortlisting cum Document Verification of candidates for the posts of Junior Assistant comes in reference to Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2017; Dated: June 17, 2017.

Pertinently, Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura Srinagar, conducted Computer Based Typing Test for the posts of Junior Assistant at NIELIT Rangreth from 22-11-2018 to 12-02-2019 and the candidates, who qualified Computer Based Typing Test were called for Written Test on April 16, 2019, accordingly, the result was declared vide Notice No. SIMS 302 02 (JA)/2019-1744-50; Dated: April 30, 2019.

The shortlisting for document verification has been done on the basis of merit acquired by the candidate in Computer Based Type Test and Written Test.

The SKIMS Provisional Shortlist for Junior Assistant posts has been restricted to five times the number of vacancies advertised in terms of SRO 310; Dated: April 26, 2019, wherever applicable.

The merit obtained by the candidates in Computer Based Typing Test and Written Test is forming Annexure-B.

The candidates figuring in Annexure-A have been provisionally shortlisted for document verification based on merit acquired in Computer based Typing Test and Written Test, and as such no candidate figuring in the Annexure shall have any claim to his/her inclusion in the final selection list, simply on the ground of figuring in this provisional shortlist cum document verification.

The candidates figuring in the provisional shortlist (Annexure- A) shall have to appear in person in the office of Administrative Officer, Policy (Room No. 2107) during office hours as per following schedule:

The candidates are advised to bring following documents in original on the date of document verification:

i. Copy of fee payment receipt (Challan).
ii. Qualification certificates/6 months Computer Certificate.
iii. D.O.B Certificate.
iv. Typing Certificate.
v. Disability Certificate, wherever applicable.
vi. Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
vii. Permanent Resident certificate.
viii. Other documents as per the advertisement notice or deemed required by SKIMS Administration.
ix. Unmarried certificate, in case of female candidates if falling under reserved category.

The candidates are also required to produce a self-attested photocopy of each document/certificates on the day of document verification.

Candidates figuring under reserved categories as shown in the Annexure- A, shall have to submit valid proof of opted reserved category certificate in the online application form at the time of document verification, otherwise their candidature shall be cancelled from the said category without any further notice.

In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in document verification on the scheduled date, he/she shall forfeit his/her candidature for the post of Junior Assistant.

The candidates figuring in Annexure A shall have to appear for interview as per the criteria already notified after completion of document verification. The date of interview shall be notified separately.

The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any writ petitions pending before any Hon’ble Court of Law.
