Protest against R&B Pulwama at Rahmoo village

PULWAMA — Locals from Wani Mohalla in Rahmoo village of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district protested in the village against R&B Department for allegedly failing to complete many projects.

As per reports reaching here, the work on a link road was going on in Wani Mohalla, Rahmoo but it was stopped by the locals as a mark of protest.

Locals alleged that the department was only concerned about the paperwork but was doing nothing on the ground.

Without naming himself, an old-aged man alleged the department has not fulfilled any of the demands of the people, whether that be a small pathway even.

The work was, however, restarted after the department gave assurance to the people that the work will be completed on every project ‘very soon’ whether it would be roads, drains, and pathways.
