SDG CRPF S.K. Bhagat inagurates basketball court at CHS Pulwama

Pulwama: Shri S.K. Bhagat, IPS, SDG CRPF J&K Zone inaugurated a basketball court at Government Central High School, Washbugh, Pulwama under Civic Action Programme which is constructed by 183 Bn, CRPF.

In the inaugural ceremony of the basketball court, students, teachers, principal of the school, chief education officer, Pulwama and other senior dignitaries of the civil administration were present. The inaugural ceremony was organised by Shri. Vinay Anand Prakash, Commandant 183 Bn CRPF alongwith his team of officers & men.
Shri. S. K. Bhagat, SDG, CRPF J&K Zone was the chief guest of function who was accompanied by Shri. Nalin Prabhat, IPS, IG (Ops) Kashmir, Shri. O. S. Charak, DIG, South Kashmir Operation Range. The motto of the construction of this basketball court is to encourage and uplift the sports talent of students to make them as successful sportsmen at national level.

Shri. S. K. Bhagat, SDG, CRPF J&K Zone encouraged the students to do their best in sports also, besides academic achievements and assured all possible help from CRPF for achievement of academic as well as sports goals. He appreciated the media personnel for their active and progressive contribution in making cordial relations between public and the forces. Cricket kits for local teams were also distributed during the inaugural ceremony.
