Six militants were killed after a predawn gunfight broke out between militants and goverment forces in Sekipora area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday.
The slain militants have been identified as Azad Ahmad Malik alias Dada of Arwani, Basit Mir of Khanabal, Unais / Anees of Takyibal, Bijbehara, Aqib of Waghama Bijbehara, Shahid from Awantipora and Firdous Ahmad of Muchpona Pulwama.
