Pulwama: In the ongoing Kashmir Uprising, donations in cash and kind were made by the people of Pulwama town so as to offer free meals to the patients at District Hospital Pulwama.
People from areas such as Malikpora, New Colony, Washbugh participated as volunteers to collect donations in mosque premises. People from these areas gave away donations as cash. Donations in kind included mostly eatables such as rice and a variety of vegetables.
