Kashmir University issues notification for OCMIL annual exam 2014-15

SRINAGAR — The University of Kashmir has notified all eligible regular, fresh private, and backlog candidates of Oriental, Classical and Modern Indian Languages (OCMIL) annual examinations 2014-15 regarding the submission of examination forms.

According to the notification, the last date for submission of forms in respective colleges is Saturday, January 31, 2015. Colleges are required to forward the enrolment of candidates along with hard and soft copies of forms and the requisite fee to the Examination Wing by or before Thursday, February 5, 2015.

Pre-filled examination forms are available for download on the university’s official website www.kashmiruniversity.net by entering the registration number.

The examination fee structure is as follows:

• For one paper only: ₹150 (Examination Fee) + ₹100 (EMF) + ₹50 (Heating & Lighting/Service Charges), totalling ₹300.
• For more than one paper: ₹500 (Examination Fee) + ₹100 (EMF) + ₹50 (Heating & Lighting/Service Charges), totalling ₹650.

Colleges must submit fees in the form of two Demand Drafts:

1. In favour of Registrar, University of Kashmir:
   • ₹525 per candidate for those appearing in more than one paper.
   • ₹175 per candidate for those appearing in one paper only.
2. In favour of Controller of Examinations: ₹125 per candidate.
