BARAMULLA — Police arrested a woman drug peddler in Chandanwari Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Police said that 10 grams of contraband Brown Sugar-like substance were recovered from her possession.
A police spokesperson identified the drug peddler as Rubeena wife of Jahangir Ahmed, a resident of Chandanwari.
Police said that the said female was a notorious drug peddler involved in selling contraband drugs to the youth of the area.
A case under NDPS Act has been registered against her at Police Station Uri.
