SRINAGAR — A Delhi Court on Saturday postponed the hearing of Engineer Rashid’s interim bail plea until July 1 for taking oath.

The news agency KNS reported that the Court deferred the hearing after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) sought more time to tender its response.

Earlier also, the Court deferred the final verdict on the plea of Rashid for granting interim bail for taking oath as a Member of Parliament on multiple occasions and the latest one was on June 19, 2024.
