
SRINAGAR — Seven confirmed cases for COVID-19 have now been declared negative. This was disclosed by Head of Department, Chest Disease Hospital Srinagar, Dr Naveed Shah this morning.
He said that seven COVID-19 patients admitted in the hospital are now negative. “The patients are in quarantine and reported negative. Again, their samples will be taken when their quarantine period will be over,” Naveed Shah said, adding that it is really a good news and together we can do it.
He also said the tests of those patients turning negative will be discharged from the hospital.
Yesterday also, tests of two COVID-19 patients were found to be negative and they were discharged.
Meanwhile, District Development Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary said with 7 COVID-19 positive cases successfully recovering, they are seeing light at the end of the tunnel. “We are seeing hope ahead,” he said.
